Accommodation

All accommodation initially booked is standard room only.  This means that you will have somewhere to sleep and to wash.

Your sleeping accommodation could be any combination of twin, double or sofa beds.  So the best thing to do is to be there early and be the first one in the room to shot gun the best sleeping space!

Unless you have paid to upgrade your accommodation or have added a VIP package onto your booking,  kitchen facilities will NOT be in your room.  However, you can hire some essentials from the onsite hire shop.

How to upgrade

To add an accommodation upgrade onto your booking, just call the hotline with your ‘TF’ booking reference on 01733 224 877 before the end of the day on 27th October.

Please make sure that you have a debit/credit card at the ready and the cardholder present.

Damages

During your stay at TWSTD Festival, the state of your accommodation will be your responsibility.

When you arrive to your accommodation please ensure that you inspect the room thoroughly and if you notice any damages then please report this to guest services as soon as possible. Damages that are not notified to us by you upon your arrival will be charged onto your booking.

We are thankful that our customers are respectful of the site and the accommodation, but anyone found to have purposefully caused damage to the accommodation, property, or the site, may face eviction from the site and possible prosecution.

Damage costs will be decided by Butlins based upon the severity of the damage when such accommodation, property, or the site is inspected by Butlins.
